Christmas Break Has Begun!!
How have you been, my friend? You are looking exceptionally beautiful today!

Yesterday I turned in my last assignment for the semester and worked my last shift in the tutoring center until January. I am officially on vacation!!! Let the wild rumpus begin!

Where-The-Wild-Things-Are

In some ways this semester has flown by! And I can't believe next semester is my last - I'm graduating on May 7, which is when I will join the masses of the unemployed. That naturally worries me but I'm not going to dwell on it. I'm going to enjoy my last semester and squeeze everything out of it that I can.

As far as this semester goes, I'm only taking two classes - computer graphics and graphic design. I'm 99% sure I'll get an A in graphic design. Computer graphics is a little more iffy. I know I'll make at least a solid B but if the instructor looks kindly down on me (which he has never done before) I could make an A. Grading graphic projects is subjective so I can't be sure what final grade I'll have. I'm not worried either way. I'd like an A but I'll gladly accept a B.

In my near future is cleaning house (as usual) and getting a Christmas tree. I live life on the edge, don't I? Then I want to bake cookies!

What are you up to, my dears? (((hugs until I hear)))

Congrats, you deserve your much needed vacation from school :)

I also need to decorate and bake cookies and I wonder, do you have special cookies you make every year? I'm subtly trying to find out your recipe :)

I have been knitting! Working and knitting, working and knitting. I've discovered cakebabies, and knitted and worked.

I don't think Eggs remembers what the dog park looks like. *sigh*

Last few weeks have been 50+ hours at the job, and then (and I just stopped to count) I've finished 78 knitted pieces (mittens, wrist warmers, hats, coffee cozies, dish cloths, scarves) I have 5 different things currently in the works (Scarves are tedious and I need little things that will finish easily to stay motivated). 10 more things beyond that to do before Christmas, 4 for Christmas that won't be mailed until after Christmas. And projects galore for after the holidays.

Oh and I need to start the SoJ fic that's been eating my brain. And there's 720 cookies to be made.

I feel that all this sounds scattered and harried. Sorry. But yay out of school! YOU ARE AWESOME! Curl up and enjoy the season and the puppies.

I LOVE YOU!
