In Case Anyone Cares
my Harlequin prompt story "A Warrior's Desire" has reached 39,941 words. And am I done? No I am not.

Is this the story That Never Ends???

Looks like I'm going to have to drop out of five0bang which is supposed to be 40,000 words and is due December 3, I think. Don't see that happening now! Too bad I can't use my 40,000+ Harlequin prompt for the big bang. Ah well....

How's your writing going?

Look at you go!

No writing for me but the graphics are being made. Seems like I'm on a roll with Scott at the moment.

I'm so excited to see all your graphics!!!

You see that I changed my default icon to one that might look familiar to you!!

I did notice that! Glad that you like it.

There will be more coming once I have the chance to make them. I'll probably post them before December 1 if I get them done.

Yay! Long story! So sweet and with none of the calories! Lol! I can't wait to finish reading it. I hope to catch up somewhat over the T-giving holiday.

Sorry about the five0bang. That's a shame, but maybe next year?

*Hugs*

None of the calories!! Bwhahahahaaa....

There is always next year for the Five0Bang. I feel bad dropping out since there were only 4 of us doing it. But there are only 24 hours in each day. Except in Esri ;-)

You write write write!!!

(((hugs to you too)))

wow! I love love love "A Warrior's Desire" and can't wait to read more

I'm struggling with all my writing. I just can't seem to write at my sister's place or at my job. I hope that when I move back into the apartment, I find my writing groove.

I'm also going to drop out of mpregbigbang. Hopefully next year I get to post all these big bang stories that I've started and haven't finished

Thank you for the lovely compliment!

I can understand why your muses feel displaced. It can be very hard to find your writing zen when you are not entirely comfortable!

I over-committeed to challenges this year. So I'm going to have to drop out of yet another one. (sigh)

I hope you find your writing groove!!

I am enjoying your story very much!

I literally just finished proofreading my harlequin story a minute ago. I'm about to post it. 20,047 total! Eep! It's the longest thing I've ever written. I usually give up long before the end and just write it in my head!

Thank you for the lovely compliment about my story!

I'm glad I'm not alone in having the Harlequin challenge take over my brain!! I'm looking forward to reading yours!

I haven't had time to look at your story yet - also, I tend to prefer to wait for WIPs to be all up, which I know is bad of me, but it helps avoid disappointment for those that don't get finished. I've got to make some time over Christmas for all the long fic I've missed though!

My own writing... well, I never take on Big Bangs because I'm hopeless at finishing long fic under pressure! I have several WIPs hanging around, many of them H50 that deserve endings... I find writing at home on weekends exceedingly difficult at the moment; too much going on! And weeks are busy too, so it's very slow right now. I keep hoping that once pre-Christmas madness and our building are out of the way I'll get more time.

I did start something 'short' and supposedly easy - pwp of course - but even that's taking far too long to write!

Good luck with finishing yours and sorry you can't manage the big bang. *hugs*
