Pick a letter meme
I borrowed this from the dante_s_hell because if she jumped off the bridge of danger, I would too!

Pick a letter from the list and I'll try to answer the corresponding question the best I can.

L. Is there an episode section of canon above all others that inspires you just a little bit more?

When I was still writing Star Trek, I would watch Amok Time if I needed inspiration. Because what episode in the history of the world is more slash-tastic than Amok Time?

With H50, any of the episodes can do it. Although I really like the "Tuney Fish" episode. It's so very them. I have no idea what the real name of that episode is, not that it matters.

Thank you for playing!!! XOXO

I pick B and S.

B. Is there a trope you’ve yet to try your hand at, but really want to?

Ohhh... good question. Does wing-fic count? I've wanted to try that for a while. I also would like to brave enough to delve into some BDSM but I don't have the nerve.

Are there tropes you want to try? I'm always fascinated by the writing processes of other authors!

S. Stephen King once said that his muse is a man who lives in the basement. Do you have a muse?

I do. There are three of them and each one inspires a different sort of writing. Right now, they are locked in a bird cage and I don't have the key. Once I find the key, I can release them and will write again. (It's a nice bird cage but still a cage.)

Do you have a muse?

Wing fic is interesting and something I wouldn't mind trying my hand at at some point.

*points to icon* Oh, I do have a muse. His name is Evil Bob Five or just Five for short. He likes to give other muses carrots, so if you see carrots in the bird cage run don't walk to the nearest exit...lol

I hope to find the key to the bird cage.

I'll bite. I and J. :)

Yay for biting!!!

I. Which fic has been the hardest to write?
It think the hardest one to write was my Star Trek 2009 story Epiphany. I wrote it partially to excise some of my own demons. It felt almost too personal to write and to publish. But I'm glad I did both.

J. Which fic has been the easiest to write?
This would probably be Bulletproof Baby Blankets. It's a series rather than one story but they write themselves. And I love revisiting that world so I'd say it is the easiest, and one of the most fun stories I write.

G. Share a snippet from one of your favorite pieces of prose you’ve written and explain why you’re proud of it.

Oh man. This is way harder than I expected it to be!! I'm not trying for false modesty when I say I have no idea.

If someone wants to suggest one of my passages, I'll be glad let you know whether or not it's one of my favorites, and why. But doing it myself isn't possible.

Hmmm....who knew?
